Deposit Terms & Policies
All Camino deposits include a $501 non-refundable portion, which covers administrative costs.
Refund Window:
Deposits are refundable minus the $501 non-refundable portion for 30 days from the date of payment.
After 30 Days:
Deposits become non-refundable, but may be applied as a credit toward a future MOXY or Camino experience within 24 months.
30 Days Before Trip:
Beginning 30 days prior to the trip start date, all deposits become fully non-refundable with no credit or transfer available.
Payment Plans:
For deposits below the full investment, a personalized payment plan will be arranged with you. Remaining balances must be completed prior to departure.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation coverage. Our in-house travel expert can provide a trusted recommendation.
